Free Trial Downloads for Internet Security Programs?

Hello,

For instance if I download a free trial for Internet Security or an Antivirus Program, which runs for 30 days or so, what will happen after the 30 days is up? Does it get automatically deleted itself or would I have to do it myself?

Also, is it possible for me to download the same or a different trial every 30 days? Is this a good idea? And can you please give me some helpful tips about this?

I wanted to download a program that wasnt a trial but I couldnt find one, so if you know a good free internet security program I would greatly appreciate it if you would kindly write the site down!
