if you have windows, you can get Clamwin antivirus. Its a free virus scanner. i use it on my laptop and it works amazingly. i would recommend it. you can get it from:

i dont think its free, but spysweeper is AMAZING ive never had a virus since i got my computer [with spysweeper] they have it at bestbuy.

Its fast works great and is free. I just used it today cuz i had some trojan virus or somethin like that but that download removed all spyware/viruses. :)
Use AVG, which is free, but try to update it once a week so that it will be able to find new viruses
