There are many free Anti-Viruses out there, just some aren't as good as others, though saying that I wouldn't recommend using two.

u can download a good and powerfull latest anti virus software from the google website below to protect ur computer from viruses and get rid of viruses that are already found in your computer

Antivir by Avira is very good antivirus program, it is totally free for the classic version.I would also install SpywareBlaster by Javacool, it works by keeping spyware from installing on your computer in the first place.
Avast! and AVG. These two alone have saved most of my friends computers after they've been messed up to the point where they ask for my help.
