you can't. the best anti-virus's out there are not free so i suggest saving up like 40-50 bucks and going out to get a good one that would last you a good 5 years. dont be like me, my computer runs so slow b/c of viruses so dont wait. and also clear your internet browser history so its harder for your computer to geta trojan virus. theres free ones out there but they wont find 99% of viruses. they only find like 5-10%, so i suggest buying s good one.

I personally use AVG free and have not had any problems with it.
it's better just to buy one from a computer store.

the anti-virus you download from the internet might just be carrying a virus.
For me, personally, AVG Free is the best for free anti-virus protection and I download stuff all the time. It's been over a year since I started using this and I haven't had a problem. It's very easy to use too!
